I am under 18 years old, can I still participate?

 

IVolunteers under 17 years are not allowed in any of our projects. However, volunteers between 17 and 18 can participate only in painting project and only if they already have experience of travel and are safe to travel alone. Scout groups supervised by their facilitators will be accepted without age restriction.

I need special experience to participate?

 

No specific experience is necessary to participate in Fysc Organization projects. This work is a voluntary and volunteer experience, the volunteer must ensure that it will be able to take his job and carry it to completion.

What nationalities are the volunteers?

 

IOur camps are volunteers from many countries and nationalities. For example, France, Spain, Netherlands, USA, Italy, Great Britain, Germany, Czech Republic, Greece, Brazil, Ecuador, Japan, Poland, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada and Morocco..

 

Do We start work immediately on arrival?

 

The first three days are called "days of introduction," and you start working the 4th day. Each Fysc  Organization project will participate in various activities to get to know and discover the location of the site as the following: dinner in a Moroccan family, trips, scheduling of work, discovery of other volunteers participating in the camp ...

Why Should I pay the participation fee before the site?

 

There are two main reasons for requesting the payment of fees before the start of construction. First, money is needed before the project, to ensure the promotion of the site and the organization of the latter. The second reason is that the fee payment confirms and assure us of your participation.

 

Do I need a visa to join Morocco?

 

European volunteers, the US and Canada do not need special visa to join Morocco. However, you must have a valid visa and a period of validity of 6 months from your date on Moroccan soil.

The citizens of other countries may need a visa, you can contact the Moroccan embassy in your country for any information.

 

Or will we be staying?

 

The accommodation is basic and comfort offered summary, most volunteers are placed in a school or in a youth hostel, sharing a room or dorm, Hygiene facilities are also available at the accommodation (showers , toilet, kitchen, refectory for meals ...)

 

How long you have to work a day?

 

For each project, the volunteers will work between 3 and 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday. Volunteers also devote 1-2 hours of preparation work before the daily work, except for the painting project. This preparatory work will be carried out in groups.

 

What costs are included and excluded in the fee?

 

Includes food, utilities, housing and work materials.

Excluded are the costs of your flight and transportation from the airport to the site, expenses due to trips, mineral water and other beverages, and personal expenses and extras.

 

Why pay a participation fee?

 

Fysc Organization survives on voluntary participation fee. The organization requires Fysc  Organization expenses for recruitment of new volunteers, administration fees, food, organization of the place Host volunteers and amenities, work materials, financial support given to schools that we use.

 

Are participation dates flexible?

 

Painting on the project and the project environmental ant the project activities with children and our solidarity trip , the period of participation can be flexible. For the teaching project, the arrival must be within the first 7 days of camp and an early departure is not allowed for a question of organization. If unable to be present at the camp for the duration of the project, thank you to inform us as soon as your availability to allow us to respond as soon as your application.
