Fysc Organization  is a non-profit NGO, which was established to build equality, social dialogue and fraternity between nations.

The association was founded by to start organizing workcamps and to contribute to the building of the nation Fysc Organization  is recognized by the European Commission, and by the Ministry of Youth and by the Ministry of Interior within the Organization of Interna-tional Volunteership and Cultural Exchange in Morocco. Fysc Organization  is a member of: - UMAC (Moroccan Union of WorkcampsAssociation), FAL (Anna Lindth Foundation Morocco), and Associations space UMAV, (Maghreb Union of Volunteering Action).
Fysc Organization  is also a partner of the European Alliance of Workcamps Associations.

OUR MISSIONS
Fysc Organization  works to promote local and international volunteering as a civic contribution and to encourage new initiatives and contribute to their implementation. It also works to improve the dialogue between young people in order to build a sustainable bilateral understanding and peace.

OUR AIMS

In order to achieve its missions, Fysc-Organization  works to:

Implement projects dealing with local population's needs, such as, global education, capacity building, youth activi-ties, and protection of environment, health etc.
Encourage the active involvement of local and international volunteers in its projects.
Encourage young people to join the associative work, participate actively to its activities, improve their capacities and ensure the sustainable of the associative movement.
Foster a meeting between local and international youth without distinction because of race, social status, or any otherdiversities in appearance, so as to communicate and create intercultural learning and global peace.
Strengthen the associative governance and contribute to its empowerment so as to achieve its mission in a democratic way.
Work for the recognition of the voluntary service and non-formal education.

Our Visions

In an era of increasing interdependence, global citizenship is vital in building asustainable future for Africa and the World. We want all communities in Africa to get the opportunity for meaningful contact with people and ideas from other countries and cultures through which they can be-come more active global citizens.
We are a dynamic organisation, supporting young people to join meaningful volunteering activities worldwide.
These projects bring young people together and use volunteering as a vehicle for positive exchange between communities and people fromdifferent countries.
We coordinate social projects, where international volunteers support local communities tomake a positive change and promote global citizenship and learning.
We support the participation of young people from North Africa and the rest of Africa in international volunteering through long-established and trusted partnerships. 

Our Values

We believe thatinternational volunteering enables young people to make a positive difference in local communities. Working in partnership ensures all volunteering activities are identified and managed by local communities, and that projects are needed, meaningful, and sustainable.We believe international volunteering can enable people to gain a deeper understanding of the world through working and living together. Our projects bring people from different countries and social backgrounds together, leading to an awareness and appreciation of differences and similarities between cultures. Projects equip (young) people with the confidence, skills, and knowledge to make more informed choices and decisions about the way they live their lives. We are working with our partners to ensure international volunteering opportunities are accessible to people from a wide range of backgrounds. Our volunteers come from all social classes and we believe that everyone has something to offer and something to gain, whether unemployed, studying, or working. Through our supported volunteer programme, we help people to overcome the economic barriers to international volunteering.
